With reference to your article “Delays in licence cards” as published on Wednesday 16 April, I had a different experience.
I applied for the renewal of my driver’s licence card on 7 January at the Eastridge Traffic Office in Mitchell’s Plain. On 24 February, I was informed via SMS that my new card was available for collection.
