A cocaine dealer and buyer were caught red-handed while concluding a deal in the Hypermarket parking lot in Brackenfell yesterday 11 February.
“Law Enforcement officers in the area, noticed the man and woman sitting in a car, behaving somewhat suspiciously,” says a City spokesperson.
“They observed the pair and when a package was handed over the officers pounced. Cocaine was found in the package and both suspects were arrested and charged.”
