Last week the public danced the night away to DJ Newton, a regular performer at well-known clubs such as Club Company, Wazup, Living Room, Club Galaxy, and Cinnamon.
Good Hope FMs Dr Jules will join DJ Newton on Friday. Dr Jules always has listeners dancing with his popular radio show Dr’s in the House that airs weekends on Good Hope FM.
On Saturday DJ Godfrey, also known as the Yardman, will be mixing the decks along with versatile resident DJ Grant Lesch.
He can get any crowd to respond to what he plays be it Commercial Dance, RnB, Hip-Hop or Old School Classics.
Now this coming week don’t miss the good vibes when DJ Portia and DJ Skouers fire up the decks for all to enjoy at Hanover Street from 20:00.
Cape Town born Portia Mackenzie, better known as “DJ Portia”, grew up on the vibrant streets of Mitchell’s Plain.
She was inspired by her father, a former, to become a DJ herself. Portia grew up in a music-filled household and played her debut set in 2006 at Club Galaxy.
Entry fees are R50 for the Friday and R60 cover for the Saturday night. It is indeed a great way to end the month.
