This week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be stationed at the Delft South Public Library, on Thursday 12 February.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this visit that aims to address account-related queries and the issue of access to a range of services closer to home.
Residents encouraged to attend
The mobile office will be at Delft South Public Library, Delft Main Road, Delft South between 09:30 and 13:30. The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. “I would like to encourage residents within the Delft South area to attend the upcoming Mobile Office visit,” said Mayco member for Corporate Services Theresa Uys.
This service provides a convenient opportunity for community members to receive assistance with non-emergency enquiries, including rates, water, electricity and refuse accounts close to home. To ensure quicker and more efficient service residents are kindly requested to bring their ID or municipal-account details.
