The four schools involved in the annual DTBS intershool athletics received a special good-luck send-off on Friday 23 January as STADIO Higher Education’s new Durbanville Campus hosted captains, cheerleaders and principals ahead of the event.
Representatives from DF Akademie (formerly Hoërskool DF Malan), Tygerberg High School, Bellville High School and Stellenberg High School gathered for the breakfast on Friday, building excitement for the upcoming competition scheduled for Saturday 7 February.

Annual tradition continues
The DTBS inter-school athletics and Flashes event will take place at Green Point Athletic Stadium and DHL Stadium, bringing together the four schools in what has become a highlight on the local school and community calendar.
STADIO Higher Education is sponsoring the event for the second consecutive year, supporting the annual tradition that celebrates teamwork, school spirit and healthy competition amongst the Northern Suburbs schools.
The breakfast event at STADIO’s newest campus served as an opportunity to wish the participating schools well ahead of what promises to be an exciting day of athletics competition.
