The Wellington School of Skills bragged about a group of fourth-year chef students’ baking skills. Its Facebook page boasted a French masterpiece, Tres Magnifique! (“very beautiful” in French), which they created, an eclair (croquembouche) tower. As a gesture of goodwill the students donated it to the Charleston Hill Seniors Club for its 25th birthday party.
