Paarl East police, as part of giving back 67 minutes on Mandela Day, in remembrance of late former President Nelson Mandela, reached out to 261 learners on last week Tuesday. An awareness programme, a collaboration among the Department of Social Development and Western Cape Education Department, which deals with substance abuse, alcohol abuse, gangsterism and domestic violence. took place.
