Bronwen Bayman hosted a women empowerment event called Safe Sacred Spaces on 31 August at Mindful Practice in Paarl. A total of 16 women attended the workshop, which focused on teaching life skills to manage one’s inner and outer worlds. The event included a two course meal and finished on a high note with soprano singer Jo-Nette Le Kay who performed at the event. The event was created to encourage women to become reflective using mindfulness and meditation techniques.Photo: Supplied
