Mindful Practice in Paarl recently hosted an event for women called “Date with Femininity”. It included a workshop teaching an inward journey as well as a three course meal. The women had a real connection among themselves, learned a lot, experienced some profound insights and healing and enjoyed a meal together. They all rated the event highly.
