Drifter Brewing Company presents the inaugural Winelands Summer Beer Festival hosted at The Stage at Vrymansfontein Dam, Suid-Agter Paarl Road on 26 February.
Following in the footsteps of the Woodstock Winter Beer Festival, Drifter Brewing Company celebrates its new home in the winelands with a beer festival featuring favourite local craft breweries, music, food trucks and games.
The festival will feature over 70 beers from 10 craft breweries in the Western Cape region, including a once-off unique beer produced by each brewery that will only be available at the festival. Aside from beer, there will be Vondeling wine & bubbles, G&T cocktails and alcohol-free options.
Breweries at the festival include: Afro Caribbean, CBC, Drifter Brewing Company, Franschhoek Beer Company, Hey Joe Brewing Company, Karoo Craft Breweries, The Kennel Brewery, Mountain Brewing Co, Shackleton Brewing Company, Soul Barrel Brewing Co and Woodstock Brewery.
Early-bird tickets are R195 per person on Quicket. A limited number of tickets will be available at the gate for R295 per person. The festivities starts at 11:00 and will end at 23:00 (bar closes at 22:00).
Only over 18s allowed. The event is a cashless event.
