Paarl police needs the public’s assistance to identify the name and whereabouts of this man. Police spokesperson Capt Louise du Plessis said that the man is wanted for questioning regarding an incident of theft in which a ladder was stolen between 25 to 27 October 2022 in the Lemoenkloof area.
