Swiss family donates uniforms to schoolkids in Mbekweni

The Mbeko Eco Club, with the help of a family from Switzerland, donated school uniforms to the value of R9 600 to learners at Langabuya Primary School in Mbekweni. According to Khahliso Lefatsa from the Mbeko Eco Club, the family visited the Mbeko Eco Club’s environmental projects, which it hosts at schools in Mbekweni, and showed interest in the work it does. Lefatsa said because some learners were in need of school clothes it was decided the donors’ money would be used on acquiring these.
