Nicole Whitfield (Gr 8) of La Rochelle Girls’ High recently took part in the Western Cape Junior Swimming Championships in Oudtshoorn. She received a bronze medal for 50 m backstroke, 200 m backstroke and came fourth in the 100 m backstroke.
