Local social workers from the Khula Development Group and Valcare held one of their quarterly breakfasts at Ashanti Estate on 3 March. Western Cape MEC for Social Development Sharna Fernandez was guest speaker at the event. She shared her experience as a victim of gender-based violence and mother of a son addicted to crystal meth.
