Ná 22 jaar by Charleston Hill Primêr het die skoolhoof Vincent Edward Parrott die tuig op 1 April neergelê. Hy was ’n voorstander van sport en kultuur naas die akademie. Parrott het diep spore getrap, wat lank by die skool onthou en gekoester sal word. Charleston Hill Primêr sê dankie en wens hom die welverdiende rus toe ná sy harde werk.
