Increasing property rates will be one of the topics discussed at the Annual General Meeting of the Paarl Ratepayers Association on Wednesday 29 March at 17:30 at De Poort.
Erik Marais is an experienced property valuer and former municipal valuer for Drakenstein Municipality.
Marais will be the guest speaker who will provide more information about the 2020 property valuation, which he considers faulty and which has led to big rates hikes for homeowners.
