The Paarl Ratepayers Association will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 23 March at 17:30 at the De Poort centre in Turk Street. At the meeting, matters of importance to ratepayers, like the sharp hike in the property tax rate and the changes at the local tourism offices will be discussed.
Trevor Harris, chairperson of Paarl Tourism, will be the guest speaker and will provide background to the abrupt end of their relationship with the municipality.
