The Cape Winelands District Police Commissioner Major-General Marius Groenewald visited the Breakthru Church in Wellington on Sunday (23 April). He focused on improvements in police and community relations, a working relationship with the police in general and with faith-based organisations in the Wellington policing precinct. Groenewald addressed the congregation before their service on Sunday.
