Paarl kickboxers show their mettle at SA championships

Dillon de Jongh and Justin Simons of Paarl did exceptionally well recently at the South African Kickboxing Champs, which took place in Mossel Bay. De Jongh won gold as part of the Cape Winelands Kickboxing Team and was crowned South African Low-kick kickboxing champion for 2022. Simon won silver in both semi and light contact at the SA championship and was recently chosen for the President’s kickboxing team to represent South Africa at the African Games, which will be held in Johannesburg in August.
