The Paarl East community policing forum invites all community organisations and leaders, affiliated to the CPF, to nominate members for vacant CPF posts.
The positions that need to be filled urgently are that of the chairperson and liaison officer. According to the current CPF, the people who will be nominated should be upstanding community members with integrity and no criminal record.
All nominations close on 3 February at 12:00, and must be mandated by an affiliated organisation. The elections for the new members will take place on 10 February at the Paarl East police station.
