The results for the sixth week for this hockey season are as follows:

Paarl men first side could not make it a 6th win in a row.

They created ample opportunity but could not get the last touch to get the ball in the box.

Saturday 18 May:

Men’s first lost against UWC first side 1-2, with Jorich Murray scoring Paarl’s only goal.

Men’s second beat UWC 3-1, with Paarl goals by Stefan Wiehann, Pieter, AJ Fourie

Ladies seconds drew with Limitless 2–2. Paarl’s two goals were both scored by Jean-Marie Schoeman.

Paarl Rocks mixed over 35 team beat Somerset West B with 2-0. Both goals scored by Paarl’s Gerda Swanevelder.

Coming weekend fixtures for Saturday 25 May

Men 2nd plays Somerset West 5th at Somerset College at 18:00.

Ladies 1st plays Fish Hoek at Paarl Gymnasium at 15:00.

Men over 35 plays WPCC at WPCC at 13h30

Sunday 26 May

Men 1st plays Khayelitsha 1st on Langa astro at 15:00

Ladies 2nd plays Somerset West 5th on Somerset College at 13:30

Ladies 1st plays Van Der Stel on Stellenbosch astro at 18:00
