Mbekweni police are investigating the murder of a man on Monday (27 November).
According to WO Nceba Vanqa, spokesperson for Mbekweni police, officers were informed around 16:55 about a body lying in an open field in Drommedaris Street.
“Officers rushed to the scene where they found an unknown male dressed in blue jeans and an orange T-shirt,” he said. “The deceased had four gunshot wounds to his head.”
He was identified as 31-year-old Odwa Khohli from Vlakkeland. No arrests have yet been made. Anyone with information about what happened can contact the Mbekweni police on 021 868 9975.
