South African singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer Lion Raj, will be performing at the Bordienghuis Theatre in Wellington on Saturday 2 July. Raj released his solo career with his debut hit single, “Eleventh Hour”. This was soon followed by the fresh international hit single “The Beach” which was released during peak lockdown when it was illegal to be on the beach in South Africa. Lion Raj and his talented band have a wonderful energy that will leave you refreshed and positive. Tickets are R100 per person and the concert starts at 19:00, although the doors already open at 17:00, when visitors can order the Bordienghuis’ irresistible wood-oven baked pizza.
