La Rochelle Girls’ High School fared excellently in the Equestrian Interschools Show-Jumping competition recently held at Evergreen Stables. Their individual achievements included Marie-Louise Hämmig winning the Open class, while in the team division, the Novice teams finished first and second, the Intermediate teams finished third and fourth and the Open team made history winning the Open trophy for the first time. They finished in overall second place. At the back from left are Samantha Steadman (Gr 10), Alix Moore (Gr 10), Arabella Shepherd (Gr 8), Katie Raisbeck (Gr 10), Lily-Rose Jamieson (Gr 10) and Marlene Gampper (Gr 9). In front are Courtney Kypriotis (Gr 7), Klara Kolb (Gr 4), Rebecca McCarthy (Gr 4), Naomi Boshoff (Gr 9), Marie Kolb (Gr 9) and Kimberley Steadman (Gr 10).
