The principal and core teachers from Klein Nederburg Secondary School (KN) recently attended a Group Relaxation Therapy workshop hosted by Bronwen Bayman of Mindful Practice. The workshop taught mindfulness through breathing techniques and meditation to enhance the mental health of educators. KN is one of the first schools to pioneer this relaxation programme.
