Paarl police appeal once again to the public to help identify a murder victim and his killer, this time in an incident that apparently occurred in the mountains above Du Toits Kloof Pass.
Police spokesperson Captain Louise du Plessis said they needed help with information about the murder of an unknown coloured man.
“[His] body was found on the Du Toits Kloof mountain pass on Thursday 9 March around 13:30. The deceased was found with both his hands and feet tied in an open area in the mountain.”
Du Plessis said the identity of the deceased, aged between 30 and 35 years old, remains unknown.
“However, he has a tattoo with the number 27 on his arm and was found wearing black-and-white trousers.”
