The upgrading of Drommedaris Street, Paarl, will commence on 1 August and is scheduled for a period of four months.
Drakenstein Municipality has appointed a contractor to install a water main line between Oosbosch Street and Vosmaar Street, Paarl.
The work entails the replacement of the existing asbestos water main lines. To execute the work one lane will be closed, allowing only for one-way traffic from Oosbosch Street with exits into Jan van Riebeeck Drive via Borssenberg, Driebergen and Van der Stel Streets. Shutdowns for water tie-in’s will be communicated well in advance.
