In the month of May residents can look forward to not only one but three shows at the Old Mill Theatre in Paarl.
On 5 May you can look forward to Gimme Shelter: A Night Of Rolling Stones Music from 20:00.
This musical spectacular will be presented by Jake Gunn, Johnathan Martin, Lenny Miskin and Wouter Reyneke. They “The Rolling Stones” are the world’s longest-running rock ’n roll band and arguably one of the most influential bands of all time. Four of Cape Town’s top rock artists have decided to pay homage to The Rolling Stones and have been performing to sold out crowds all over the Western Cape.
Stones followers can expect to hear all their favourites, like “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”,“Honky Tonk Woman”and “Wild Horses” and even a few they’ve never heard before.

. On 14 May Albert Frost will be on stage from 16:00.
For the past two decades the energetic performances of Sama award winning blues/rock guitarist/singer Albert Frost has captured audiences worldwide.
Dubbed the “South African Hendrix”, Frost deftly alternates between rhythm and lead, showcasing his extraordinary skills on the acoustic and electric guitars.
His first love is the Blues, stemming from the influence of his long relationship with the Blues Broers, a well-known and respected group from Cape Town with whom he has performed since 1994 at the age of 17.

. Triveno will entertain you on 27 May at 19:00.
In 2019 Triveno released new music as a solo artist. Songs like “Not Perfect” and “Foreign Land” did well on the South African Radio Scene with “Foreign Land” being playlisted on national radio station RSG. “Not Perfect” got Number 1 on Cape Town Radio Station CCFM’s Top 10 chart and Number 8 on Algoa Fm’s Top 30 Chart in the Eastern Cape.
In 2020 another two singles “Ignite” & “Lost in Berlin” were released and Ignite also went Number 1 on the CCFM Top 10 Chart. In December 2020 he recorded 6 more songs to complete his New Album titled Walking Tall planning for release in 2021. Because of the lockdown regulations and being unable to generate an income as an artist it was difficult to complete the album. It was put on hold for some time. After a successful Thundafund campaign in April – June 2021 he finally completed the album and is releasing his long awaited 10 Track Studio Album, Walking Tall on 15 October 2021.
