Enjoy spectacular views of the setting sun and rising full moon at the monthly Sunset to Full Moon Hike on Sunday 21 April at Muratie Wine Estate.
The sun sets at 18:13 followed by the moonrise scheduled for 17:03.
The hike is a short adventurous 3,5 km hike suitable for the whole family. From one view point one can see the legendary sunset over Table Mountain and the moonrise over Simonsberg.
At the view point a wine station will be available on the mountain with four types of wines (per glass or bottle) to sip while watching the beautiful sights of nature.
Hikers can start any time between 16:00 and 17:00 from Dirtopia Trail Centre at Muratie, following the clearly marked route.
Bring good walking shoes, torch, snacks or a picnic packed in a backpack.
There will also be a coffee station at the start/finish. There will also be a lucky draw for a Falke sock hamper.
