Reading the last Paarl Post I am inclined to believe the Vrykyk Neighbourhood Watch spokesperson, and not Gerald Esau.
No authorities are to be seen along the boulevard, all bylaws are being broken, including making open fires for braaing!
Please ask Mr Esau to pop down and have a look for himself.
