The Paarl Arboretum classroom and entrance upgrade commenced earlier this week with the contractor setting up camp at the northern gate of the Arboretum. The project entails the building of a green educational facility showcasing alternative energy sources for the purposes of environmental education and awareness. The building comprises a container classroom made up of three modified containers. At the northern entrance forecourt, new paving and lighting will be installed, and at the pedestrian access gate (Berg River Boulevard access point), a new signage pylon.Image: Drakenstein Municipality
