Gerald Esau, you need to prove that you were here and that you sent the owner of this land the 30 day notice as stated by yourself in the article. If your team was here in November how can the land be in this state if it was cleaned according to your statement when doing inspection?
In the article the municipality stated that they clean the area regularly, but if that was the case why would a fire break out and all the litter people now dump here. I have never seen the owners clean the land. I pay someone to clean it, as is next to our fence.
