To improve traffic flow and ensure road users’ safety, Drakenstein Municipality has implemented new control measures on Carolina Road in Paarl. The intersection between Swartebosch and Carolina Roads is now a four-way stop and the intersection between Klein Parys and Carolina Roads is now a three-way stop. Warning signage to indicate the new controls has also been installed and marked on the road.
