Paarl Athletics Club and Boland Athletics will hold their joint 10 km and 5 km Challenge at Dal Josaphat Stadium on 16 July.
Entries can be done on the day from 05:30.
The 10 km race starts at 08:00 and the 5 km at 08:15. Only 1 000 entries are available.
There will be loads of lucky draws and refreshments on sale for the whole family.
