Paarl police arrested three suspects, Clanzo Kearns (30), Jeremy Ephraim (39) and Yazeed Prins (37), for possession of Mandrax and tik. Police spokesperson Capt Louise du Plessis said the suspects were arrested at a residence in Northern Paarl. “The house has become notorious as ‘the drug house’ by the local residents. Both Kearns and Ephraim were sent for diversion, while Prins is to reappear in court on 8 February next year after appearing in Paarl Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
