The Electoral Commission (IEC), Western Cape is commencing with a recruitment process for contract staff in preparation for the National and Provincial Elections (NPE) in 2024. Successful applicants will assist the commission in its delivery for the NPE 2024 in various functions.
The following temporary positions will be advertised on the IEC’s official website:
1. Assistant Project Coordinator (APC)
2. Municipal Outreach Officer (MOC)
3. Democracy Education Facilitator (DEF)
4. Area Manager (AM)
All applications for the fixed-term contract positions above can be submitted only online, through the IEC eRecruitment website. Emailed, faxed and hand delivered applications will not be accepted. The online recruitment is a two-step process. Firstly create a profile on the IEC official website and one can see what positions are being advertised, and then apply online.
