Jovan Daries from Paarl (right) attended PepsiCo’s gala evening on 12 October in New York, where he was awarded the Chairman’s Circle of Champions award and was one of five South African PepsiCo employees who won the award. Daries is a maize-procurement manager for AMESA, a division of PepsiCo, based in Paarl. With him here is Ramon Laguarta, PepsiCo’s chair and chief executive officer.
