Drakenstein Municipality’s Traffic Services is bringing its services closer to residents through a series of outreach initiatives at local shopping centres.
The next activation will take place on Tuesday 30 August at Rembrandt Mall in Paarl from 08:00 to 14:00.
The initiative, which was launched two weeks ago at Paarl Mall, aims to raise awareness of road safety, encourage residents to settle outstanding traffic fines and help curb incidents related to speeding and other violations.
At the pop-up stations residents will be able to check outstanding fines and make payments on the spot. Assistance will also be available for fines issued by other municipalities that use the same system as Drakenstein.
