According to the, Gamtoos Irrigation Board, the Kouga Dam is currently 101.33% full.

This video taken by Louwrens Bezuidenhout showing the Kouga dam overflowing, has been doing the rounds on social media this morning. The dam started overflowing late yesterday afternoon. The Churchill Dam, which is feeding the Impofu Dam, is also overflowing.
Yesterday the levels of other dams feeding the Nelson Mandela Metro and Kouga areas were: Churchill 101.45%, Impofu 21.84%, Loerie 100.52% and Groendal 102.07%.
