After 20 years of dedicated service, Kouga Municipality artisan plumber, Mbuyiselo Tshina, bid farewell to the municipality on Monday, July 31.
He embarked on his professional career on 20 October 2003 as a general worker, after which he advanced to the position of artisan plumber.
Tshina is described as a diligent and committed employee, who set a terrific example and significantly improved service delivery in the Gamtoos Valley.
The Infrastructure and Engineering Department at the municipality wishes happiness, success, and good fortune to Tshina on his future endeavours.
