Known as the “official party of the Corona Open J-Bay”, the Park Off Music Festival remains a stand-out event on the J-Bay Surf Festival calendar. The four-day-long outdoor festival features a lineup of some of South Africa’s biggest musos.

Fans can look forward to memorable performances by this year’s eclectic mix of musicians slated to take the stage, including singer-songwriter, Jeremy Loops, Pretoria-born band, Desmond and the Tutus, live-electronic group, GoodLuck, “genre-fluid” singer and producer, Muzi, and surfer and musician, Steven Sawyer.

Adding a unique flair to the mix are DJs TiMO ODV, Dean Fuel, Ronald Rowley, Rimix, Tanya Vee, Detroit, Trist, Jake White Disco, Aidin Caye, and Abby Nurock.

Now in its second year, the festival continues to entertain both local and international visitors alike, with world-class, quality music entertainment.

The event will take place at the iconic Supertubes Park, with the world’s most famous right-hand point break, Supertubes, as the setting.

“The J-Bay Open is hands-down one of the best events on the WSL tour for spectators. Goosebump moments are guaranteed throughout the week of surfing and celebrating,” said Park Off organiser, Graham Kennedy.

Surfer and musician Steven Sawyer is slated to take the stage at the Park Off Music Festival.

“The Park Off festival site is fully covered by tents, so come rain or shine, it’s going to be a good time.”

Event organisers, visitors, musicians, and festivalgoers are all gearing up to enjoy the upcoming festivities.

Music fans are in for a treat and can even expect to hear new tunes.

“I can’t wait to play these new songs that I’ve been working on. To say I’m excited is an understatement,” said singer and producer, Muzi.

From indie, to pop, rock, acoustic and alternative music, the festival caters for a wide range of music preferences for the thousands of festival-goers who pack the venue, night after night from 17:00 each day.
