The Kouga Express is 15 years old, and to celebrate this milestone, we are sharing the love with our loyal advertisers, clients and readers by handing out gifts and cupcakes all over Kouga. Last week the Kouga Express stopped at various schools and non-profit organisations in Jeffreys Bay and Humansdorp, and will continue to do so every Thursday in August.
