Police seek assistance in tracing stolen puppies, sheep in Humansdorp

Jeffreys Bay Stock Theft and Endangered Species Unit is seeking the community’s assistance in tracing two pups and some sheep that were stolen from a farm in Humansdorp between February 15 to 19.  

According to police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, it is alleged that on February 15, the farmer left the two Anatolies Shepherd pups who are two months old with sheep in a kraal on his farm, the Seekoei Rivier Farm.  

“The kraal is about 2kms to 3kms from his house. When he returned on February 19, he found that the pups and some sheep were missing,” said Naidu.
