Eskom wishes to inform its customers and public at large about a planned outage that will affect various parts of the Kareedouw Municipality.
The outage is scheduled for tomorrow, 8 June from 07:30 until 17:30.
Areas that will be affected are Storms River village including the N2 garage, Tsitsikamma National Park, Boskor, Woodlands, Eersterivier and Coldstream.
“While Eskom technicians are working on the lines we urge affected customers to be patient and to treat all electricity appliances as live during this time as power supply can be restored without prior notice.”
To report supply issues, customers are encouraged to use Alfred the Chatbot by connecting to http://alfred.eskom.co.za/chatroom/. Alternatively, download the MyEskom Customer App, which is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices and iPhone App Store for iPhones.
Both these channels allow users to log a fault and immediately provides a reference number needed to track progress on the fault. Customers are also encouraged to report the faults at our Contact Centre 08600 37566 or email: customerservices@eskom.co.za.
