Nico Malan High School is proud to announce their learners’ excellent results. Michaela Basson (right) came sixth in the province (93.9%) and Mariche Watermeyer (left) came first in the Sarah Baartman district (92.4%). Furthermore, at least 11 learners were A-candidates namely, Michaela Basson, Jano Bezuidenhout, Mieke Bezuidenhout, Emma Davey, Megan Heppell, Kayla Jansen van Vuuren, Carli Kleu, Zanli Klopper, Ruan Smit, Tiaan Viviers and Mariche Watermeyer. There was also a total of 156 subject A’s, of which five learners have A’s for all seven subjects. In addition, there has been a 100% pass rate in mathematics, physical sciences, tourism, visual arts, information technology, geography, engineering graphics and design, consumer studies, life orientation, Afrikaans home language, Afrikaans first additional language, English home language and English first additional language.
