King’s College recently celebrated their annual school prizegiving ceremony. The occasion took place in their newly-constructed school hall, with the keynote speech delivered by Dr Chantel van Niekerk.
The students and staff were celebrated throughout the night, and the ceremony was dedicated to learners who received various awards and accolades, ranging from academic to sport and service programmes.
Hettie Groenewald, King’s College principal, said,
Adding to the excitement of a successful school year, the school announced they will have a Grade 10 class next year, further solidifying their venture to build a high school for learners to complete their school career at Kings College.
