The Seekoei Estuary Causeway, a large bridge that links Aston Bay and Paradise Beach in Jeffreys Bay, is set to be completed in six weeks.
According to a Facebook post by Executive Mayor Hattingh Bornman, there has been great progress on the Seekoei Causeway.
He said that despite a five-week weather delay, the project is back on track and set to be completed within the next six weeks.
“A huge thank you to the residents of Aston Bay and Paradise Beach for your patience and resilience – your support keeps us moving forward,” said Bornman.
“Safer travel is on the way.”
