PUT on your sports shoes, grab an entry form and enter the VCS First Choice Classic.
Be ready to leave the starting blocks at VCS Sports on Saturday, February 23 – whether you sprint or scramble over the finish line.
The event consists of two categories: a mountain bike race and a trail/ fun run.
The 10km trail run will kick off at 08:30 at R100 per runner, while the 5km family fun run at R50 per entrant will make a dash for the finish line at 09:00.
The 50km mountain bike race starts at 07:30, with the 25km and 10km races pedalling off at 07:45 and 08:00 respectively.
The entry fee is R170 for the 50km race, R130 for the 25km event and R100 for the 10km event.
Prizegiving will take place at 12:00.

Residents can also enter at Victory Christian School from 17:00 to 19:00 on Friday, February 22 and from 06:00 to 07:00 on Saturday, February 23.
Participants can also pick up their race numbers and goodie bags during these times.
The first 500 entrants will receive a special race pack.
