Foundations Mall will host its third Heritage Expo from September 23-25 and September 30 to October 2, with the focus on arts and crafts, which will complement the existing tenants within the mall.

Local entrepreneurs, businesses and artists were approached to form part of this year’s theme.

Up to six artists will showcase their artwork during the first weekend on September 23-25.

There will be beautifully personalised items on display, such as hair scrunchies and African-themed essentials.

Victory4All’s Rainbow Marimba Band will be joining the celebrations on Heritage Day, September 24, with dancers from Kings College providing entertainment from 10:00 near the Wave.

Various divisions within Victory4All’s programme will allow mall goers to support them by purchasing ‘stroopwafels’ near Woolworths, wooden and needlework items near Global Junction and art items near Mr Price Clothing.

The mall partnered with Regyne Protea Farm and EB Flow Blommeklub to ensure for a unique floral arrangement.

Garden Boutique will also offer essential gardening items and services.

Bookings for the first weekend are full, but there are spots available for the second weekend from September 30 to October 2.
