She studied for her three-year somatology Diploma at Isa Carstens and studied towards an Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics. She has more than four years’ experience in the industry.
“It has always been my passion and dream to have my own clinic. Here I can do pamper facials, advanced chemical peels, micro needling and plasma fibro blast therapy. The treatments are non- invasive with no side effects,” says Kuntz proudly.
Permanent make is done on eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. Kuntz says that it is pain free, using a four-step numbing process, or local anaesthetic.
Acne
Kuntz suffered from acne as a teenager, and the treatments she had, inspired her to specialise in skin treatments. She now has a beautiful smooth skin.
Kuntz says, “It is necessary to keep up with the latest developments and products in the industry.
“Client education is very important to contribute to the treatments at home. Consistency is important.”
She would like to be a voice for young people to care for their skins.
“What you do to your skin in your 20s, shows later,” she added.
“Odem is a Hebrew word for ‘ruby’. I follow Christian values based on Proverbs 31:1.”
